It's so nice to meet you, my name is Anissa!
I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of ADHD and co-occurring disorders in adolescents and young adults. I began my nursing career in 2013, and I went on to advance my studies, earning a master’s degree in nursing from Herzing University in 2022. I am passionate about helping others take control of their mental health in a way that feels right for them. I have had to overcome my own set of mental health challenges, and I am here to empower you to do the same. Outside of my appointments with client, I love spending time in nature, attending church, and working on my warrior pose at my local yoga studio.

Advanced Testing
We can order genetic lab testing to identify medication compatibility issues, so that we can identify the medication that may be most effective based on your genetics.
School or Workplace Accommodation Support
We'll assist with accommodation requests that help you excel at work or school. This can include requests for extra testing time, a less distracting test environment, or even flexibility at work.
Connection to Additional
Resources
We will connect you to therapy, support groups, skills training, and other tools that work. We are invested in helping you build systems and routines that feel sustainable.
Natural Supplement Support
We can recommend high quality supplements that may address common symptoms such as chronic fatigue, low energy, and poor sleep. These may be recommended in conjunction with or in place of medications based on your preference.
