Step 1: Make Contact

Get in touch with us to arrange a free initial consultation. This will help you determine if our mission aligns with you and/or your child’s mental health needs.

Step 2: Initial Evaluation

During the initial evaluation, our focus is on understanding your past medical history, previous treatments, and delving into the current challenges you are facing.

Step 3: Follow Up

We will schedule follow-up visits ranging from every 2 weeks to every 2 months, where we work together towards your goals. These visits are based on your ongoing needs and progress.

Step 4: Feel at Peace

Together, we will implement a treatment plan that helps you reach your goals, bringing you a sense of peace.
